As a community, the Chinese Bible Church of Greater Boston (CBCGB) is committed to protecting the vulnerable, caring for survivors, and holding abusers accountable. Our commitments come from God, who is a refuge for the abused and never ignores their cry (Psalm 9:9, 12). CBCGB seeks to embody God’s priority of justice for the vulnerable that comes with his Kingdom.
Our goal is to prevent and respond appropriately to abuse by becoming a community that is educated on all forms and dynamics of abuse, clarifying appropriate boundaries, and doing the hard work of holding each other accountable. All persons in CBCGB should experience an environment of safety and justice.
作為一個社會群體，波士頓郊區華人聖經教會（CBCGB）致力於保護弱勢群體、關懷受害者，並追究施害者的責任。我們的承諾來自上帝——祂是受害者的避難所，從不忽視他們的呼求（詩篇 9:9,12）。CBCGB 致力於實踐神國中對弱勢群體公義的優先次序。

Per our Safe Church Policy (see below): All volunteers who work with vulnerable groups (children, youth, the elderly, disabled) or handle church finances.
Volunteers should complete the Volunteer Intake Form 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY START. After submitting the intake form, you will receive a Background Check Authorization Form by email (may take a few days). Complete and submit it promptly.
Volunteers should let their ministry leader know once they've completed both the intake and authorization forms.
根據我們的「安全教會政策」（見下方）：所有服務於弱勢群體（兒童、青少年、長者、身心障礙者）或處理教會財務的同工，都須接受背景調查。
同工應於開始服事前兩週完成「同工登記表」。提交表格後，您將收到一封電子郵件，內含「背景調查授權書」（可能需要幾天時間，請及時填寫並提交。
